ENTRIES TO THE TNSW STATE JUNIOR SERIES ARE OPEN - SEE THE GRAPHIC BELOW!
Please note the following when completing your entry form. Some common faults are covered here:
1. Your email address is vital for future communications, please ensure that it is correctly typed in before moving on to the rest of the form and note that email addresses do not commence with www.
We can not keep you uptodate if your address is incorrect.
If you do not received an email receipt please email info@trinswrace.org and this will allow us to check the correct email address for you - and make a change to that typed by you, if necessary.
2. Take GREAT care when entering your age category in the drop down menu for this. If you are using a mouse with a scroll wheel it's very easy to roll onto an incorrect category as you head for then next field. When clicking on your age group, seal it in by clicking outside the box before scrolling onwards.
3. Make sure your DOB is listed correctly as the entry system will automatically calculate your age as at the 31st December 2009, per TA rules and regulations.
4. Double check the spelling of your name as it will appear as you type it - correctly, or incorrectly. AND please ensure your surname and first name are entered in the correct windows!
5. PLEASE NOTE THAT CLUB MEMBERSHIP does not constitute Association membership. Unless the entrant has a TA / TriNSW license number, then the non-member entry is the only one to use.
6. PLEASE READ THE MEDICAL QUESTIONS - THE LAST ONE ASKS IF YOU WILL ACCEPT MEDICAL ASSISTANCE DURING THE EVENT!
7. PLEASE REMEMBER YOUR AGE IS CALCULATED AS AT 31 DECEMBER 2009
